It would help the following use case:

lxc-helpers cascades to the runner
the runner only cascades up to https://code.forgejo.org/forgejo/end-to-end/ if the run-end-to-end label is set on the pull request

Without an input to set labels, a manual intervention is needed to continue the chain of cascade
