Which Kuberrnetes versions should we test?

We currently test v1.27-v1.29.

My suggestion is to test all official supported versions listed here¹.
So until v1.26 becomes eol at 2024-02-28 we should test that too.

We can also only test the oldest and the two newest versions to reduce recource usage.

Please give feedback, a 👍 means test all supported versions.
