I'm not sure that we want to pin all of these within the actual tests executing here. I'd be concerned that we're changing what we're testing, and in particular, using floating tag references is (a) much more common in the wild making it more useful as an example and a test case, and (b) regardless of commonality, it's a valid case to test that we need the capability to test.

@viceice Can this be removed from the Renovate config?
