cascading-pr updated at actions/setup-forgejo#977
None of the changes are covered by CI as they are on
pull_request_targetevents. This cascading-pr upgrade was tested on xorm yesterday successfully and adds support for bookworm->trixie upgrades.Cascade -> Forgejo worked on the
mainbuild (although I cancelled it due to it having no purpose), showing success for this change. Will bump to the trixie images next.
