The deprecated environment variables GITEA_DEBUG, GITEA_TRACE, GITEA_RUNNER_CAPACITY, GITEA_RUNNER_FILE, GITEA_RUNNER_ENVIRON, and GITEA_RUNNER_ENV_FILE are ignored and have no effect.
